Introductory call
Starts with an introductory phone call discussing your property and which rooms are important
to you.

Consultation
A senior engineer with 40 years experience in home air conditioning will visit your property and help you choose the best locations for the indoor unit(s) using case studies of rooms and homes in your area to help you decide on what the best system is for you, the rooms and your home. This normally takes 5-20 minutes. He will show you the newest whisper quiet units incorporating the latest technology. You will receive a transparent competitive quotation with a list of twelve satisfied customers in your area.

Installation
Once agreed, 2-3 rooms can be installed in one day with minimal disruption.
We understand you have your home just how you like it and we wish to keep it that way.
You will be greeted by our friendly installation team with dustsheets over their arms ready to go.
We look after you and your home. We will treat your home as if it is our own home. Fuss-free and
dust-free. It will be spotless upon completion – your rooms will be left as though we were not even there apart from the unit being on the wall or concealed.

Your room will be left just how we found it – clean and tidy. No ugly trunking, no visible pipes or cables. The loft air conditioning can be wall hung, high level or low level, or the unit can be concealed with only a grill visible.

Hot & Stuffy Lofts – Why?
Old-build houses
Victorian and period properties were originally built of solid brick construction, designed and built to retain and hold the heat in. Back in that period, the climate was a lot cooler. Now due to modern day climate change, the summers are getting hotter and for longer, turning your home into an oven in the summer time. Heat is retained within your brick home. The heat also rises within your home to the upper floors and your loft area.
Air conditioning can cool your loft rooms and loft areas to a temperature which is comfortable. It will circulate clean, filtered, conditioned air, giving
your rooms air flow – like a breath of fresh air.

Loft rooms
The loft which will be well-insulated for the winter months will also be designed to hold the heat in and preventing any heat loss. Your roof is normally covered with black tiles, slate or roofing felt on a flat or pitched roof. Your roof will get hot from the sun then your roof transfers the heat inwards into your loft. Loft rooms will also have skylights and velux windows to allow good light to come through into these areas. Unfortunately, on summer days these can magnify and radiate solar rays into your loft room.
